Have got

"Have got" มีความหมายเหมือนคำว่า “have” ซึ่งแปลว่ามีหรือเป็นการแสดงความเป็นเจ้าของ (possession) เช่น "I have a pen", หรือ "I have got a pen" ทั้งสองประโยคนี้มีความหมายเหมือนกัน

ประโยคบอกเล่า วิธีการใช้ Have got มีวิธีการใช้ต่างกันขึ้นอยู่กับประธานของประโยคดังต่อไปนี้

ประธานเอกพจน์บุรุษที่ 3 เช่น he/she/it หรือ ชื่อคนคนเดียว สัตว์ หรือสิ่งของหนึ่งสิ่ง จะใช้คำว่า has got เช่น

     She has got a pen = She's got a pen

     He has got a pen = He's got a pen

     It has got a pen = It's got a pen

ประธานพหูพจน์ หรือประธานบุรุษอื่น ๆ นอกจากบุรุษที่ 3 เช่น I / you/ we / they จะใช้คำว่า have got เช่น

     We have got a pen = We've got a pen

     You have got a pen = You've got a pen

     They have got a pen = They've got a pen

ประโยคปฏิเสธ เนื่องจาก have / has ในที่นี้ทำหน้าที่เป็นกริยาช่วย จึงสามารถแต่งประโยคปฏิเสธได้โดยไม่ต้องใช้กริยาช่วยอื่น ๆ ดังนั้นจึงสามารถเติม not หลังคำว่า have ได้เลยทันที แต่อย่าลืมว่าจะเลือกใช้ have หรือ has ก็ขึ้นอยู่กับกฎที่สอนข้างต้น ตัวอย่างเช่น

     I have not got a pen. = I haven't got a pen.

     You have not got a pen. = You haven't got a pen.

     She has not got a pen. = She hasn't got a pen.

     He has not got a pen. = He hasn't got a pen.

     It has not got a pen. = It hasn't got a pen.

ประโยคคำถาม เราสามารถนำ have / has มาตั้งเป็นประโยคคำถามได้เลย เช่น

     Have I got a pen?

     Have you got a pen?

     Has he got a pen?

     Has she got a pen?

     Has it got a pen?

     Have we got a pen?

     Have you got a pen?

     Have they got a pen?

หมายเหตุ รุปย่อของ have / has got คือ

     - I have got some food = I've got some food.

    - He has got some food = He's got some food.

    - I have not got any food. = I haven't got any food

    - She has not got any food.= She hasn't got any food

1. การใช้ have , has

1.1. เป็นกริยาแท้ในประโยคแปลว่า มี หรือ รับประทาน

1.2. เป็นกริยาช่วยในโครงสร้างของรูปประโยค Perfect Tense.

ในกรณีที่ have เป็นกริยาแท้ จะมีวิธีการใช้ต่างกันตามประธานของในประโยคดังต่อไปนี้

1. ประธานเป็นเอกพจน์บุรุษที่ 3 ซึ่งได้แก่ He She It หรือ ชื่อคนคนเดียว สัตว์ตัวเดียว และสิ่งของอันเดียวที่ถูกกล่าวถึง ใช้ has เช่น

*He has many cars.

*Dang has a lovely dog.

*My sister has a doll.

*This cat has four legs.

รูปย่อของ has คือ she’s

2. ประธานที่ไม่ใช่เอกพจน์บุรุษที่ 3 ทั้งหมด เช่น I, You, We และประธานพหูพจน์ เช่น They ใช้ have เช่น

*They have many cows.

*Teachers have five cars.

*I have dinner with my boyfriend.

*We have a big house.

2. การสร้างประโยคที่มี have , has ให้เป็นประโยคปฏิเสธ

เนื่องจาก have ทำหน้าที่เป็นกริยาแท้จึงต้องใช้ verb to do: do /does เข้ามาช่วย โดยใช้ต่างกันตามประธานของประโยคดังนี้ คือ

1. ถ้าประธานเป็นเอกพจน์ บุรุษที่ 3 ซึ่งได้แก่ He / She / It คนคนเดียว สัตว์ตัวเดียว

และสิ่งของอันเดียวที่ถูกกล่าวถึง ใช้ does ตามด้วย not เป็น does not ตามด้วย infinitive (have) เช่น

• He does not have a wife.

• She does not have any time.

• It does not have a tail.

• James does not have English dictionary.

2. ถ้าประธานเป็นตัวอื่นที่ไม่ใช่เอกพจน์บุรุษที่ 3 ใช้ do ตามด้วย not เป็น do not แล้วตามด้วย infinitive (have) เช่น

• They do not have any children

• We do not have any coffee at home.

• You do not have a class.

• James and Susan do not have any cars.

3. การตั้งประโยคคำถามด้วย have / has ให้ตั้งเป็นประโยคคำถามโดยใช้ verb to do (do / does) และต้องตอบคำถามด้วยคำตอบ Yes หรือ No

3.1. เอา do / does เข้ามาช่วย โดยวางไว้หน้าประโยค และต้องอยู่หน้าประธานของประโยค

3.2. ผัน do / does …ให้สอดคล้องกับประธานของประโยค

3.3. ในประโยคคำถามให้ใช้ have เพียงตัวเดียวเท่านั้น หลังจบประโยคต้องใส่เครื่องหมายคำถาม เช่น

We have some money = Do we have some money ?

It has a tail. = Does it have a tail. ?

James and Susan have pens. = Do James and Susan have pens ?

He has a big buffalo. = Does he have a big buffalo.?
